The establishment of off-campus training institutions should ensure the correct direction of running schools by simultaneously planning party building, establishing party organizations and carrying out party work.

The names of off-campus training institutions shall comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, and only one name can be used.

Off-campus training institutions must set up councils, boards of directors or other forms of decision-making bodies according to law.

Off-campus training institutions must have standardized articles of association and clear management systems.

Main items that should be stipulated in the articles of association of off-campus training institutions

The name and address of the training institution;

The purpose, scale, level and form of the training institution;

The amount, source and nature of the assets of the training institution;

The formation method, personnel composition, term of office and rules of procedure of the Council, the board of directors or other forms of decision-making bodies;

The legal representative of the training institution;

The nature of the training institution (profit or non-profit);

Reasons for the voluntary termination of the training institution;

Procedures for amending the articles of association;

Other matters that should be stipulated in the articles of association.

Qualification of the person in charge of the off-campus training institution (administrative person in charge)

Have China nationality and have settled in China;

Good credit status and no criminal record;

Having political rights and full capacity for civil conduct;

Familiar with education and related laws and regulations.
