The registration time of RTVU is not clearly stipulated, so you can not take the joint entrance examination to register for study.
Different classes.
There is a difference between self-taught examination and TV University in the way of attending classes. The difficulty of the exam is different.

The examination is completely closed and quite difficult. The RTVU exam is divided into three basic subjects: computer foundation, college Chinese (or advanced mathematics) and college English. With the addition of related professional subjects, the difficulty of the exam is reduced.
Certificates have different gold contents.
Candidates who pass the self-study exam will eventually get a diploma, which will be stamped with two chapters: the provincial self-study exam Committee and the college where the examiner is located. After studying in TV University, I got a bachelor's degree. As far as the current social recognition is concerned, the gold content of the self-taught certificate is higher than that of the TV University certificate.
