CMMI5 certification requires organizations to have high, predictable and effective software production and maintenance processes, and constantly improve these processes to achieve corporate goals. CMMI5 certification is very difficult, and the whole certification process needs the full preparation and support of enterprises. Many certification requirements are very specific and strict, which require enterprises to attach great importance to and pay a lot of time and energy.
CMMI certification is divided into five grades: CMMI 1, CMMI2, CMMI3, CMMI4 and CMMI5. Common grades are CMMI3 and CMMI5.
CMMI level 5 is the optimization level and the highest level of CMMI certification. You can't directly apply for CMMI certification level 5 declaration for the first time. CMMI certification can be done directly at level 3, without having to do 1 level or level 2. But before you can do CMMI Level 4 and 5, you must do it and get CMMI Level 3 certificate. It takes 12 months to get the third-level certificate of CMMI3 before you can apply for the fifth-level certification.
CMMI5 certification requirements include
1, the organization must have a complete software development process and a set of targeted guidelines, which can ensure the requirements of quality and efficiency in the whole process.
2. According to the evaluation results of CMMI model, the organization must determine the direction that needs optimization and improvement, make improvement plans and implementation plans, and be able to track and improve continuously.
3. The organization must establish a complete process of requirements management and configuration management, and control and track the changes of requirements and configuration management.
