Yantai PICC P&C actively establishes a learning organization. In the second stage of learning and practicing in Scientific Outlook on Development, PICC P&C Yantai Branch organized cadres and employees to discuss how to establish a learning organization, highlight practical characteristics, define a theme, coordinate two relationships, and do a good job in three combinations to improve the learning ability of the whole company. First, make clear a theme, that is, make clear that creating learning organization activities is the constant and persistent work theme of the company. Members of the leading group should unify their thinking, middle-level cadres should make clear their requirements, and all employees should actively participate. It is necessary to take the establishment of a learning organization as a long-term strategic task that has a bearing on the overall situation, and put it on the important agenda of future work, formulate phased plans, and clarify post responsibilities. The second is to coordinate two relationships, namely, the relationship between coordinating business development and strengthening learning. In view of the long-standing misconception that grass-roots employees have heavy business development tasks and no time to study, publicity and training work are carried out to make employees fully realize the importance of creating a learning organization, establish a weekly study day system, promote business development and study, and achieve "work, study and work". Third, do a good job in three combinations, that is, combine the establishment of a learning organization with business development, with standardized management, and with assessment and incentives. Focusing on the central task in the fourth quarter of this year, we will strengthen the situation analysis, focus on the main tone of "promoting development, ensuring benefits and preventing risks", conscientiously implement various assessment measures, enhance the sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit of scientific development, enhance the consciousness and firmness of resolutely realizing benefits, and enhance the overall concept of complying with laws and regulations and preventing risks to ensure the smooth development of all work. Jinhua Branch of PICC P&C Insurance Co., Ltd. in China issued the learning, education and training plan for 2009, which clarified the training objectives, contents, arrangements, methods and measures, accelerated the construction of learning organizations, comprehensively improved the quality of the team, and solidly promoted the "Training Year" activities.
The first is to combine with each other for targeted training. The company has defined the training focus and training form of employees in different positions from management training, pre-job training for new employees, on-the-job training for employees, political theory learning, academic education and characteristic training. At the same time, all product lines and departments have formulated training plans for various majors from all lines, and planned more than 30 trainings throughout the year.
Second, pay attention to the cultivation of management and marketing team. In order to effectively improve the management level of the leading members of each business unit and the ability of middle-level cadres to master the market economy, this year, leading cadres will be organized to read books, further broaden their horizons, update their concepts, better cope with the fierce disputes in the insurance market, and realize the sustainable development of the company. At the same time, in the construction of marketing team, efforts should be made to improve team cohesion and combat effectiveness, and preparatory courses, intensive training courses and team management training courses should be carried out to cultivate grassroots team training and improve team management skills.
The third is to continuously improve and innovate training forms. While paying attention to theoretical knowledge training, employees' business operation skills are effectively improved through various forms such as case explanation, on-site demonstration, interactive communication and job skill competition. At the same time, organize special training such as non-auto insurance training camps to improve relevant insurance practices and exhibition skills. In addition, a training assessment and reward mechanism will be implemented, which will combine employee training points with year-end assessment and advanced selection, effectively enhance the enthusiasm, initiative and sustainability of employees' learning, and comprehensively promote the construction of learning organizations.
