I have gained a lot through this training. On the one hand, I have learned a lot of professional knowledge and knowledge application that I have never learned before, on the other hand, I have improved my ability to do projects. This training is a further exercise of my ability and a test. Many gains from it are also very valuable and meaningful.

Training is a good opportunity for me to apply the theoretical knowledge in books to practice. Originally, I lamented that the content of the study was too difficult to understand. Now that I think about it, some of them are actually not difficult. The key is understanding. In this training, I also exercised my other abilities and improved my comprehensive quality.

First of all, it exercises my ability to do projects and improves my ability to think independently and operate by myself. In the course of my work, I reviewed what I had learned before and mastered some skills of applying knowledge. Secondly, the project assignments in the training also make me more team spirit.

From there, I learned the following job-hunting mentality: First, continue to study and constantly improve theoretical self-restraint. In the information age, learning is to constantly absorb new information and gain motivation for career progress. As a young student, we should take learning as an important way to keep our enthusiasm for work. After taking up the post, I will actively respond to the call of the unit, combine with the actual work, constantly learn theory, business knowledge and social knowledge, arm my mind with advanced theory, improve my ability with excellent business knowledge and broaden my horizons with extensive social knowledge.

Second, practice hard and consciously change roles. Only by putting theory into practice can the value of theory itself be realized, and only by putting theory into practice can theory be tested.
