On Wednesday, lifeguards were trained in rescue techniques and towing techniques, and lifeguards used these techniques to take reasonable technical actions to rescue people overboard in time.
Lifeguards must be familiar with the special techniques of hugging and transporting drowning people.
On Thursday, the lifeguards will be trained in safety awareness and responsibility, and be responsible for the safety of swimmers.
On Friday, lifeguards will be trained to skillfully use lifebuoys, life-saving poles, life jackets, life-saving ropes, personal hygiene and safety, and self-protection awareness.
Lifeguards' skills are evaluated every Saturday and Sunday. All lifeguards must participate in the assessment, and there are no special circumstances. Those who leave their posts without permission and do not participate in the assessment and lifeguards who fail the assessment will be financially punished.
At the end of each month, a comprehensive assessment will be conducted regularly to test the professional knowledge and skills of lifeguards. The assessment results are ranked, and the company will reward the first place in the assessment.
