Relying on the technical advantages of Hangzhou Tea Research Institute of the head office, the National Tea Quality Supervision and Inspection Center has officially trained more than 10000 tea professionals for tea production, processing, management, quality inspection, teaching and scientific research units nationwide since 1988, and trained more than 500 tea professionals for foreign tea institutions such as Japan, South Korea and the United States. In order to further standardize the training of tea appraisers, the center has also compiled a vocational skills training textbook that matches the National Professional Standard for Tea Appraisers, which was officially published by Xinhua Publishing House. The training content mainly includes the following aspects: 1, tea sensory evaluation technology: training tea appraisers, tea appraisers and senior tea appraisers. 2. Physical and chemical inspection technology of tea: training physical and chemical inspectors and health inspectors. 3.
