Certification procedure for electrician's operation certificate
According to the Management Regulations on Safety Technology Training and Assessment of Special Operators, which came into effect on July 10 in state administration of work safety, the procedures for issuing electrician operation certificates are as follows.

Fill in the "declaration form"

The applicant shall register with the training unit with safety training qualification, and fill in the "Declaration Form for Training and Assessment of Special Operations Personnel in xx Province" (hereinafter referred to as the "Declaration Form").

Participate in safety technical training

Participate in safety technical training.

Apply to the District Safety Supervision Bureau for assessment.

Training units apply to the District Safety Supervision Bureau for evaluation, and if they meet the requirements after qualification examination, they will organize evaluation.

pass the exam

Those who pass the examination will be sent to the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau for certification, and the corresponding "Special Operation Certificate" will be issued within 30 days.

Fail the exam

Those who fail the exam can make up the exam once within three months. Those who fail the make-up exam must be retrained and assessed after half a year.

Prepare information

Materials to be prepared: (1) two one-inch bareheaded photos; (2) My ID card and its photocopy (at least 18 years old, and not exceeding the national statutory retirement age); (3) Routine physical examination form of municipal (district) hospitals (no organic heart disease, epilepsy, Meniere's disease, dizziness, hysteria, paralysis, psychosis, dementia, other diseases and physical defects that hinder corresponding special operations).

term of validity

Electrician's operation certificate is valid for 6 years and reviewed every 3 years 1 time; It is valid all over the country.

You can register directly in the local district and county safety supervision bureau and participate in the training.
