Shanghai Dermatology Hospital, founded in 1945, is the only public tertiary specialized hospital in China with dermatovenereal diseases as its main diagnosis and treatment features, and has successively won the titles of Shanghai Civilized Unit, Shanghai Ping 'an Unit and Shanghai Health System Professional Ethics Base. The hospital covers an area of 6 1.89 mu, including Baode Road, Wuyi Road and Qiujiang Road, with 260 approved beds. There are 344 employees, including 28 with senior technical titles and 79 with master's degree or above. Over the years, the hospital has undertaken the task of training undergraduate, master and doctoral students from Tongji University Medical College, Yangzhou University Medical College, Anhui Medical University and Anhui University of Science and Technology. It is a standardized training base for residents and specialists in Shanghai. In recent years, it has obtained more than 0/00 projects/kloc-0 from the National Natural Fund, key general projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, key projects of Shanghai Health Bureau and scientific research projects of Shen Kang. Many people have been selected into Shanghai leading talents, Shanghai Yang Fan Young Talents Training Program, Shanghai Health System New Hundred Talents Program, Shanghai outstanding young talents in health system, Shanghai outstanding residents and other talent training programs, and won many awards such as Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award and Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award. Many national continuing education training courses are held every year, and the academic influence is increasing year by year.
