The CD-ROM drive is an optional accessory, and it is not a standard device source. Some machines have built-in optical drives, while others are not equipped with optical drives, depending on the actual delivery configuration.

A) If there is no button on the optical drive bezel, the machine does not have an optical drive. It is recommended that you use an external USB drive.

B) You can open the Control Panel-Device Manager to see if there is a DVD drive device.

C) If there is a button on the bezel of the CD-ROM drive, please press the button on the CD-ROM drive panel to open the CD-ROM drive and insert the CD.
