When the fetus ingests maternal nutrition, it will give priority to protein's absorption. So when eating, eating meat with low fat content but high protein content can make the fetus grow without meat.
In addition, fresh vegetables and fruits are the best during pregnancy. Don't listen to some old people. Eating only meat without vegetables and fruits is not good for balanced nutrition.
