The Ministry of Education's survey of recent graduates and employers who have participated in job fairs shows that enterprises value personal practical ability and social practical experience most, and academic performance is the last factor to consider.

According to statistics, enterprises pay most attention to college students' personal practical ability accounting for 78.5%, social practical experience, professional direction, professional ethics and expression ability accounting for 53%, and finally only consider 2 1.4% personal academic performance.

Thirdly, for individuals, the realization of personal value mainly depends on ability, and people with good ability have more room for development than those with high education. No matter how high a person's education is, it can only show his mastery of book knowledge. Education is not the same as ability. It is only a tool of ability, and it is only one of many tools.
