Jiangsu Electric Power Technician College and Jiangsu Electric Power Company Production Skills Training Center are co-located. Jiangsu Electric Power Technician College mainly undertakes the training and appraisal of on-the-job production technicians (mainly senior technicians and above) of Jiangsu Electric Power Company, and also carries out the training and appraisal of power generation enterprise technicians and social enterprise electricians, with an average annual training of 6.5438+0.5 million people and appraisal of about 3,000 people. The school has more than 40 first-class skill training rooms synchronized with the production site of the enterprise, and the specialties offered cover the core professional positions of the power grid. The proportion of double-qualified teachers in the school is as high as 70%, and a group of technical experts from the front line of enterprises participate in the teaching. In 2008, the school was identified as "the first batch of national high-skilled personnel training demonstration bases".
