Those who have obtained the tour guide qualification certificate can apply for an IC card within the validity period of the qualification certificate.
Second, the application materials:
1. Receive and fill in the Registration Form for Tourist Guide Card Application (in duplicate);
2. Original and photocopy of tour guide qualification certificate and ID card (in duplicate);
3. The original and photocopy of the labor contract signed with the travel agency or the registration management agreement signed with the tour guide service center;
4. Three recent two-inch color bareheaded photos with red background;
5. Opinions on the internship appraisal form and internship guide certificate issued by the travel agency.
Third, the handling procedures
1. Applicants must first attend the pre-job training organized by the Municipal Tourism Bureau. After passing the pre-job training, contact the travel agency for internship with the group, and the internship time is not less than 1 month. During the internship period, he has more than three internship experiences in tour groups, and has obtained the internship appraisal issued by the travel agency.
2. After the internship, the applicant needs to sign a labor contract with the travel agency or a registration management agreement with the tour guide service center, and the full-time accreditation personnel of the travel agency or tour guide service center will handle the tour guide card (IC card).
4. Personnel who have obtained the qualification certificate in other provinces or Guilin shall apply for a tour guide card in our city, and must submit the IC card certificate issued by the local provincial tourism management department or Guilin tourism management department and the above materials before applying for a tour guide IC card.
