If a unit that has not obtained approval or passed the acceptance test according to law engages in related activities without authorization, the competent administrative examination and approval department shall immediately ban it after finding or receiving the report and deal with it according to law. If the administrative examination and approval department finds that a unit that has obtained approval according to law no longer meets the conditions for safe production, the original approval shall be revoked.
