As the first brand of parent education in the world, P.E.T parent effectiveness training was introduced to China in 2009. The National Committee of High-skilled Talents recognized the P.E.T parental efficacy training program as the national professional and technical personnel certification program of vocational education.

P.E.T. (China) Headquarters Gao Dun International Training Headquarters P.E.T. Project, the only authorized institution in China, P.E.T. (China) Headquarters is jointly managed by ITEPA International Association for the Promotion of Science and Dongchan Education and Training Co., Ltd.

Liu Lu coco, President of GTI Gordon International P.E.T. Project in China, is the first P.E.T. person in China.
