1. Technical school Technical school is the main base for training technical and skilled talents. The enrollment targets are mainly junior high school graduates with a three-year academic system. Technical schools combine teaching practice with scientific research and production. After decades of reform and development, technical schools have formed a multi-level, multi-functional and diversified vocational training system combining junior high school advanced training with vocational qualification certificate education, covering nearly 30 departments and systems such as chefs, West Point, machinery, electronics, aviation, electric power, petroleum, metallurgy, railways and computers. 198 There were 4,362 technical schools in China, with students 18 1000 and 680,000 graduates. Running schools by social forces Running schools by social forces is a training institution organized by enterprises, social organizations, other social organizations and individual citizens for the society by using non-state financial education funds. Social forces mainly implement employment-oriented vocational qualification training, technical level training and vocational skills training. There are more than 20,000 schools run by such social forces in China, and the annual training capacity exceeds100,000 people.
