In order to promote teachers' professional development, improve the quality of education and teaching, and promote Qiantang District of Hangzhou to be "famous teachers at the provincial level", "excellent teachers at the municipal level" and "excellent teachers at the district level", in mid-August, Qiantang District Teachers' College and Hangzhou Discovery Education Research Institute launched a one-week summer global teacher training. More than 340 young teachers, backbone teachers and teaching and research team leaders from junior high schools, primary schools and kindergartens in Qiantang District participated in the training.

The training class for young teachers has made a comprehensive interpretation of the new curriculum standard. Junior high school mathematics expert lecture "Promoting accurate overall construction by fine factor decomposition" instructs teachers to "seriously implement each factor from the perspective of unit".
