Bearings are definitely required. Domestic Harbin, Wafangdian and Luoyang bearings, foreign SKF and FAG, and Japanese NSK and NTN are all more expensive.
3. In the pump body, the surface of the casting is treated with anti-corrosion coating. What I have been exposed to is Bozona coating, which is used to prevent corrosion and improve the smoothness of the surface, thus increasing the service life and improving the efficiency of the pump.
Four, make a perfect maintenance plan, the necessary training for pump operation and maintenance personnel.
In addition, many manufacturers have cancelled the sealing ring. If the service life of the pump is really prolonged, it is still necessary to have a pump body sealing ring and an impeller mouth ring. Otherwise, the cost of replacing the impeller after wear is too high, and the cost of replacing the mouth ring is very small!
