As the next grass-roots unit of the town women's Federation, it can actively and effectively complete the tasks assigned by the town women's Federation. Lead the women in the village to carry out the work of "double learning and double comparison" and the project of getting rich and running towards a well-off society. I realized that stimulating women's enthusiasm and potential would greatly promote the development of local social production, so I organized women to carry out training many times. As a village cadre, I try my best to play the role of a bridge between towns and villages, and urge and assist village-level cadres to do a good job. In the prevention and control of avian influenza, village cadres and I went door to door to do mass work of rural cooperative medical care. Looking back on the work in recent years, although some achievements have been made, there is still a certain gap with the requirements of higher-level women's federations, party committees and governments, mainly in the following aspects: First, there are few people, many work ideas, some work is not comprehensive, and some work is not in place; Second, there are not many grass-roots units, and the investigation and research are not timely enough; Third, the study is not frequent enough, and the work lacks advanced consciousness.
