Retail operators shall meet the following conditions:
(a) the person in charge and the sales staff have been trained in safety knowledge;
(two) the implementation of special store or counter sales, designate a person responsible for safety management; When selling counters, counters should be relatively independent and keep a certain distance from other counters to ensure safety and smoothness;
(3) The area of retail premises is not less than 10 square meter, there are no other fireworks retail outlets within 50 meters around, and a sufficient safe distance is maintained from places where people gather, such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals and gas stations, and other inflammable and explosive goods production and storage facilities;
(four) the retail premises are equipped with necessary fire fighting equipment, and obvious safety warning signs are posted;
(five) other conditions stipulated by laws, regulations and the local people's government.
When applying for the Fireworks Business (Retail) License, a retail operator shall submit an application, a description of the security situation around the retail outlets and other materials required by the issuing authority.
Due to the different distribution of retail outlets in various counties, the specific situation needs to be consulted by Liucheng County Safety Supervision Bureau.
