Baiyuan Coal Mine is located in the mirror of Baiyuan Town, Anyuan District, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, 6 kilometers away from the urban area. National Highway 320 and zhejiang-jiangxi railway pass through the mining area and are adjacent to National Highway 3 19, so the traffic is very convenient.
Baiyuan Coal Mine is a modern new mine that was completed and put into operation in February 1990, with a design capacity of 450,000 tons/year. The approved production capacity of 1992 is 65438+800,000 tons/year, and that of 1997 is 270,000 tons/year. After reconstruction and expansion, the actual output of 1998-2000 is about 390,000 tons/year. The mine adopts double vertical shaft and hidden inclined shaft with central cross-cut, and the central ventilation is separated. The longwall retreating mining method is adopted in the working face, and the coal is blasted. There are 2469 employees in the whole mine, including professional technicians with college education or above 139. Since the mine was built, it has produced more than 2.4 million tons of coal and fixed assets of 80.34 million yuan.
Baiyuan minefield is located in the southwest section of Qingshan-Chishanqiao exploration area, with an east-west direction of 3.9 kilometers, a north-south width of 1.9 kilometers, and a minefield area of about 7.5 square kilometers. No coal measures are exposed in the mine field. From top to bottom, the whole region is divided into Quaternary and Cretaceous, Upper Triassic Anyuan Formation (T3a), Upper Permian Maokou Formation (plm) and Upper Carboniferous Huanglong Formation (C2). The minable coal seam in the mine field is 9 1 82, the coal thickness is 0-5.58m, the average 1.67m, and the dip angle is 0-45 degrees, with an average of 28 degrees. Coal seam structure is complex, with high ash and low sulfur. At present, the normal mine water inflow is 140 tons/hour. The spontaneous combustion of coal seam is classified into three or four categories, and the coal dust is explosive and belongs to low tile.

1, internship
After I came to Hatu Gold Mine, the first unit I went to practice was the locksmith's room in a mining area. The fitter's main job is to maintain and repair equipment. When I first entered the locksmith's room, I didn't quite understand what the locksmith meant. Now I really admire the locksmith. They can overcome difficulties and accomplish tasks well in any working environment. They often have to go down to more than 500 meters underground and work in dark mines and dark and wet blind wells, which is not easy.
Under the guidance of the masters, after four months of routine operation of welding guns and oxygen cutting guns in the locksmith's room, I have basically mastered how to weld and cut. Also understand the essence of electric welding, the composition of electric welding machine and the composition of covered electrode; Learned to choose the kind of covered electrode.
As an intern, I also want to go down and help the master. It's a bit risky to go down the well for the first time. I also learned a lot in the underground: starting from the bottom of the roadway-leveling the protruding part in the middle of the roadway; The practice of supporting logs in roadway pillar filling-hidden danger of roof caving: roadway enlargement-shovel the ore on both sides of roadway inward, increase the width of roadway, and affect the access or transportation of vehicles. Underground tunnels extend in all directions. You won't get lost if you don't follow the master when you go down the well for the first time. Now learn to look at the sign, look at the direction of the fork tip of the track and follow the track. We have a clear understanding of the internal resistance of the tank, guide wheel, kiln platform, coke pusher and so on. Another thing that impressed me was the cutting machine. It will be dangerous if the cutting machine is not operated properly. As for the impression, it is because I cut steel bars with a cutting machine for three days in a row.
The four-month locksmith internship will soon be over. Under the guidance of the master, I have mastered some skills through some hands-on practice. 2. Factory practice
I finished my mining practice, and my second practice unit is a 500t concentrator. There I came into contact with neutralization filter press plate frame, oxidation filter press plate frame, cyanide filter press plate frame, leaching, slurry mixing and mechanized workers. I have worked in the plate and frame of neutralization filter press for three and a half months, and I have a clear understanding of its technological process.

The hydraulic pressing mechanism of the filter press is composed of a hydraulic station, an oil cylinder, a piston, a piston rod and a Havlan Card hydraulic station with the piston rod connected to a pressure plate, including a motor, an oil pump, an overflow valve (pressure regulating) reversing valve, a pressure gauge, an oil circuit and an oil tank.
When the hydraulic compactor is pressed, the high-pressure oil is supplied by the hydraulic station, and the cavity of the component composed of the oil cylinder and the piston is filled with oil. When the pressure is greater than the friction resistance of the pressing plate, the pressing plate slowly presses the filter plate. When the pressing force reaches the pressure value set by the safety valve (indicated by the pressure gauge pointer), the filter plate, filter frame (box) or filter plate (box) is pressed, and the safety valve begins to unload. At this point, the power supply of the motor is cut off, and the pressing action is completed.
When hydraulic compaction is automatic pressure keeping, the compaction force is controlled by electric contact pressure gauge. Set the upper limit pointer and lower limit pointer of the pressure gauge to the values required by the process. When the compression force reaches the upper limit of the pressure gauge, the power supply will be cut off and the oil pump will stop supplying power. Due to possible internal leakage and external leakage in the oil system, the compression force will be reduced. When the lower limit pointer of the pressure gauge is reached, the power supply is switched on and the oil pump starts to supply oil. When the pressure reaches the upper limit, the power supply will be cut off and the oil pump will stop supplying oil to ensure the circulation in the process of filtering materials.
Flushing method: When plates and frames need to be washed, sometimes there are unidirectional flushing and bidirectional flushing, as well as undercurrent unidirectional flushing and bidirectional flushing. Open-flow unidirectional washing means that the washing liquid enters from the washing liquid inlet hole of the thrust plate in turn, passes through the filter cloth and then passes through the filter cake, and flows out from the non-porous filter plate. At this time, the outlet nozzle of the perforated plate is in the closed state, while the outlet nozzle of the non-perforated plate is in the open state. Open-flow two-way washing means that the washing liquid enters the hole from both sides above the thrust plate and is washed twice, that is, the washing liquid is washed from one side first and then from the other side, and the outlet and inlet of the washing liquid are diagonal, so it is also called two-way cross washing. Underflow one-way washing means that the washing liquid enters the porous plate from the washing liquid inlet hole of the thrust plate in turn, passes through the filter cloth and then passes through the filter cake, and flows out from the non-porous filter plate. Undercurrent bidirectional washing is that the washing liquid enters the holes of two kinds of washing liquid on both sides above the baffle twice, that is, washing is carried out from one side first and then from the other side, and the outlet of washing liquid is inclined, so it is also called undercurrent bidirectional cross washing.
The internship in the concentrator gave me an intuitive and clear understanding of the gold smelting process. I only know that gold is a soft, golden yellow and corrosion-resistant precious metal. My third internship unit is Qianmijing. I'm still in the locksmith's room. I worked as an intern in the locksmith's room for a period of time before, and I was familiar with the locksmith's work, so I quickly integrated into the big family of Qianmijing.
The mining time of the kilometer well is not long, so many equipments are new and some infrastructures are not perfect. The workers in the kilometer well are very hard. They often have to work for more than ten hours and get off work late. Underground is also very frequent. Because thousands of wells are new equipment and infrastructure, I still have a lot to learn, which also gives me more learning opportunities.
