1, air compressor should be parked away from steam, gas and dust. The air inlet pipe shall be equipped with a filtering device. After the air compressor is in place, it should be wedged symmetrically with a cushion block.

2. Always keep the outside of the storage tank clean. Welding or hot working near the gas storage tank is prohibited. The gas storage tank is subjected to water pressure test once a year, and the test pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure. The barometer and safety valve should be checked once a year.

3, the operator should be specially trained, must fully understand the structure, performance and function of air compressor and ancillary equipment, familiar with the operation and maintenance procedures.
