The "three-level safety education" of Wuhan Metro is a subway safety education activity carried out by Wuhan Metro Company, aiming at improving the safety awareness and emergency handling ability of subway employees and ensuring the safety of subway operation and passengers. Specifically, it includes the following three levels of safety education:

1. First-class safety education: for all employees, improve their safety awareness and safety self-protection ability by learning safety laws and regulations, safety knowledge and accident cases.

2. Secondary safety education: according to different job contents and risk characteristics, professional safety training and skill training are provided for employees in various positions to improve their emergency response ability.

3. Three-level safety education: for post safety managers and safety supervisors, through safety management knowledge and skills training, improve the safety management level of managers and the supervision ability of supervisors to ensure post safety and operation safety.
