Foreign companies require their own majors, such as English, human resource management and psychology.

3. The polarization of human resources is serious, and the wage gap is very large. The monthly salary ranges from 1000 to the annual salary of one million. Most importantly, self-development is limited by age (generally, 35 years old is the step of this profession, and before 35 years old, it is the process of laying the foundation). Therefore, if you choose this industry, you must have a long-term development plan to avoid giving up halfway.

I don't know your age. If you are old enough, I suggest you take the Grade 2 exam directly (because according to what you said, you should not have reached the required working years). If you register through a school or training institution, the registration place will tell you what you need to provide, and the fee is generally 1900 to 2500. If you decide to take an examination of human resources in the future, I suggest you apply for another undergraduate course in human resources management. Or go directly to graduate school and mix in the workplace, which is necessary.
