Completed the oil painting creation of "The more difficult it is, the more forward it is" based on the hero who built the Hongqi Canal. At the same time, he completed dozens of sketches such as "Red Flag Canal" and "New Wife". During the period of 1977, he successively completed large-scale oil paintings such as Premier Zhou is our close friend (cooperation) and Chairman Mao, Premier Zhou and Chairman Zhu (cooperation). In the second half of the year, Mr. Wen and Mr. Du Jian successively went to Xiyang County, Zuoquan County, Linxian County and Jiyuan County (from Taihang Mountain to Wuwangshan Mountain) to deeply live and create sketches, and completed dozens of works such as Houzhuang, Matian Village, Huangbeijiao Village and Old Militia.

From 65438 to 0978, the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts organized teachers to observe and copy Dunhuang traditional murals. Later, Mr. and Mr. Suiwen went to Qinghai to live deeply and create sketches, and completed dozens of works such as Niuxinshan, Baiyanggou and Plateau Herdsmen. In autumn, I went to Heilongjiang forest region with Mr. Feng Fasi and Mr. Zhan Jianjun to write, and completed works such as Black Land and Reclaiming Virgin Land. 1979 Completed the large-scale oil painting "Unforgettable Memory", participated in the national exhibition and won the prize, which was collected by China Art Museum. At the same time, he served as a sketch teacher in the graduate class of mural studio and began to study the related problems of sketch teaching.

From 65438 to 0980, he and Mr. Gao Yaguang visited Shanxi Datong, Taiyuan, Pingyao, Fenyang, Hongtong, Hejin, Jishan, Houma, Ruicheng, Henan xi, Xianyang, Tong Ling and Luoyang successively, and made notes.

1985 was invited to give lectures in Qujing, Yunnan Province, sketched in Sani area in southern Shandong Province, and completed works such as Loyalty and Righteousness Shi Cun and Red Land.

From 65438 to 0986, he went to Urumqi, Xinjiang to teach in the art training class held by the Oil Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts, and sketched in Nanshan, Urumqi, completing works such as Kazakh Family and Shrub Tree.

In autumn, I went to my hometown in Pingding and Xiyang County, Shanxi Province to create sketches, and completed works such as Old House, East Pavilion and Crossing Ding Yu Township.
