Before the convention and exhibition activities are held, it is necessary to take the initiative to apply to the public security administrative department of the public security organ for the "Safety Permit for Holding Large-scale Mass Activities", and the prevention and control work plan should be submitted to the local health department for examination and control before the convention and exhibition, and copied to the local convention and exhibition business department for the record after the examination is correct.
