I want to be a coach! Where should I start! ?
There are different kinds of coaches. I don't know which one you want to be.

Internal trainer: I guess you are not interested in training your company.

Corporate trainer: The human resources department has relevant "standard" certification, and anyone from teaching assistants to normal universities can apply for training institutions.

Professional trainer: a freelance job, and also the most expensive one in the trainer camp.

Clarify the concept: Some "masters" in society, such as Yu Shiwei and Ceng Shiqiang, are not real trainers, and their nature is closer to that of priests or missionaries, or they are experience-sharers.

The mode of becoming a trainer is generally: establishing a professional training knowledge system-finding one's own training field-developing and establishing a training course system with independent characteristics-refining brand courses-training experience-becoming a trainer.

Although more and more people have taken a fancy to the huge profits of the training industry and the high income of trainers, it is still difficult for the vast majority of people who want to enter the industry purely for profit to avoid making the mistake of "seeing thieves eat meat and not seeing thieves being beaten".

The highest-paid trainer is undoubtedly doing internal training for enterprises, and it is also the most difficult to become such a trainer.

To be a trainer (especially the last one), several conditions must be met:

1. Training is a highly specialized emerging industry (its relationship with human resource management is far from simple as that of a module), so we should first systematically learn the professional knowledge of training, and the deeper the better. Without systematic training knowledge, there is no root. With the deepening of study, you will find that training is a field based on behavioral science, which is much larger and deeper than expected.

A problem that needs to be emphasized: good eloquence, strong speaking ability, food in the stomach, can't be a trainer. Many people have this misunderstanding. If the training is so simple, everyone can be a training master and make money crazily! ?

2. Rich derivative knowledge structure. The trainer's knowledge is all-encompassing, and the narrow knowledge structure and lack of knowledge are almost fatal to the trainer. So see if your knowledge structure is broad enough, and if not, make up for it.

3. Trainers should have certain work experience and precipitation. Accumulation and precipitation are trainers' specialties. It is impossible to talk about what they have not done. The audience is not students, but adults, and they have enough judgment. They come to the training with very practical problems, which requires trainers to have rich work practice and experience accumulation in a certain field, which is also the key to distinguish the attributes of trainers. Most of the real estate industry are sales trainers, and most of the top management are strategic development trainers. Every coach has his own direction. For example, I used to be a senior human resources manager of a Fortune 500 company. My training must be about human resources and management, so it is obviously impossible for me to talk about marketing.

4. Trainers should be good at thinking, observing and summarizing. It is not an exaggeration to say that the trainer is half a philosopher. If you are indifferent to many things happening around you, you are still far from the trainer only in terms of thinking mode. There are so many trainers in the market, everyone should have a set of training courses that they have completely thought about and processed, and can't copy them. Many people think that you can become an excellent trainer by looking for the training of famous trainers online and piecing it together by yourself. Such a "trainer" is actually the lowest level, which belongs to parasitic plagiarism and can't go far. Of course, it is no problem to start learning from a small part selectively. In a word, to be a trainer, you must be able to create your own martial arts, which is a very strict requirement for your thinking ability and analytical ability.

5. A trainer is the most eye-catching in the trainer industry, and of course the income is also the highest. However, we should see the powerful promoters behind them, such as Yu Shiwei. The pusher behind him is far more than a media organization in Huiquan International, and a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources push him to the forefront. Therefore, it is very difficult for a professional trainer at first, which is reflected in that he has to determine his training field, training style and training highlights through a lot of training practice, even free training. This process is gradually recognized by the market. The average trainer will be very long without some background and outstanding ability. In addition, enterprises are no longer blindly training as before, but more rational and pragmatic, and the requirements for trainers are getting higher and higher.

6. Get a certificate. Textual research is not for textual research. Is the simplest way to accumulate knowledge, at least it can give you an excellent knowledge system. I am also a professional trainer. I passed the 15 international authority certification (in order to have an international perspective), and of course I added a small sum to my qualifications. I don't advise you to do this. First of all, it costs a lot of money. Secondly, it is unnecessary if you don't want to be a professional trainer. Third, you'd better find a certification that suits you. Of course, you should make clear the system and type of certification before textual research. Don't follow the crowd like many people. If you want to take the exam, you have to take it.

If you want to be a trainer after reading the recommendation above, welcome to my space, and we can learn from each other.
