I have been working in the factory for more than a month. When I first entered the factory, I was shocked by the earth-shaking changes in the factory. Now I am doing simple operations under the guidance of my master. Looking back all the way, I was deeply touched and benefited a lot.
I'm a complete novice at welding. I have never been exposed to mechanical processing and manufacturing. Although I have made full psychological preparation, I still feel powerless in the face of unfamiliar industries and working environment. But with the help and guidance of Master and her colleagues, this feeling soon vanished.
The first lesson after being assigned to the team is "knowledge of safe production". Master asked us not to touch and operate unfamiliar equipment, and always pay attention to the wires on the workshop floor, hanging slings and ropes, and so on. Put an end to all potential safety hazards.
In order to make us familiar with our work as soon as possible, Master arranged for us to read and study books such as metal technology, mechanical foundation, mechanical drawing understanding, instructions of NC direct cutting machine, etc., to have a simple theoretical understanding of actual work and to understand all kinds of basic raw materials in combination with theory. For example, H-beam, channel steel, strip steel, manganese steel and so on.
After entering the actual production, whenever production drawings are produced, Master wants us to look at the drawings together, from vehicle parts drawings to panel drawings of large flat trailers. Especially in the aspect of drawing identification of trailer frame, the drawings issued by the technical department are all semi-finished drawings of the whole trailer frame, and the dimensions such as wing plate and reinforcing auxiliary plate that need to be welded with the trailer frame are added. Therefore, in the actual sheet cutting process, it is necessary to restore the drawings to obtain true, reliable and accurate data. This requires us to calculate the given data accurately. In order to ensure this, Master sometimes has to go back and forth to the technical department and the production site many times to confirm the specifications and dimensions of a net, and asked us to do a lot of calculations with him. The master said: "Only when the data is accurate can we produce products that meet the standards. As the first working procedure of the whole factory, we should try our best to reduce the product error. This is responsible for the work and the product. Although we had a preliminary theoretical study and the careful guidance of Master, I still felt hard and difficult when I really entered the actual production operation.
First of all, because the installation position of the CNC straight bar cutting machine is different from the initial setting of the machine tool, the _ _, Y axis in the manual is opposite to the actual _ _, Y axis, which leads me to be unable to adjust for a long time.
Secondly, I learned that just programming and operating is not enough. For example, in the case of seven plates, it is essential to improve production efficiency in order to ensure the supply of materials for other plates. When cutting, the master will add an extra knife, so that the steel plate can be heated, expanded, cut and deformed synchronously while keeping the internal stress unchanged, and the original four knives for producing two plates will be changed into three knives, so as to save plate, gas, time and efficiency.
For another example, in the blanking process of accessories, due to the irregular graphics of accessories, it is necessary to consider how to produce more accessories on the same size manganese plate, which involves the problem of "nesting cutting". This seems to me more difficult to master. For example, the cutting of the "back door spiral arm" is not surprising. I only consider how to save the knife unilaterally, but I ignore how to save the plate. But after I came into contact with "suit cutting", I understood the depth of this knowledge.
For another example, in the process of cutting the oil tank fender flange, we choose the continuous cutting method, which not only reduces the preheating time of each piece, but also reduces the repetition of the straight knife, improves the smoothness of the cutting seam and reduces the machining process of the lathe, and can be directly used for drilling, so that the production can be completed in one go.
Master said, "Don't underestimate the production of these accessories, thinking that this is a simple duplication of work.
