As a scientific research topic, training is first carried out in the fields of psychology and scientific management. Subsequently, with the development of management science theory, training theory has gone through three stages: training in traditional theory period, training in behavioral science period and training in system theory period. In the traditional theoretical period, training focuses on developing individual skills and attitudes, and pays less attention to the relationship between individuals and others, individuals and groups; In the theoretical stage of behavioral science, in addition to continuing the traditional theoretical period, training pays more attention to the development of personal skills and attitudes, and pays more attention to the relationship between employees and others. After 1960s, training theory entered the period of system theory. The most important basic assumption of system theory is that the system is open to the external environment, that is, the organization is regarded as an open system, and special attention is paid to the adaptation and communication between systems. Since 1990s, organizational training has been an independent development stage without a fixed model.
