Unconsciously, the seven-day induction training has ended. During this week, I felt a lot of benefits and feelings. Not only have I gained the knowledge of skills, but also have a deeper understanding of the organizational structure and division of labor of Shandong Airlines Qingdao Branch. The most important thing is to realize the transformation from a college student to a professional.

The whole training begins with learning the branch handbook. From the introduction of the department structure and the functions of each part in the first class to the explanation of stowage business knowledge in the last section, we have a preliminary understanding of the responsibilities of stowage positions.

Throughout the training, systematically and completely outline how all departments of the branch coordinate and plan as a whole. During the training, the conscientious and responsible teacher Shen and the patient teacher Chen all revealed the concept of "being kind to Shandong Airlines and serving Shandong Airlines".

The corporate culture of "building an air bridge, enhancing customer value and serving social development" also profoundly reflects the persistence and lofty pursuit of Shandong Airlines people.

During the training, what impressed me the most was that every teacher was serious and responsible and gave serious answers to every question we had. As a new employee, we also try our best to digest the professional knowledge spoken by each teacher.

It can be said that we made full use of the opportunity of induction training, got a better understanding of the post and company before the rotation, and laid a solid foundation for the later work and cooperation with other departments.

The organic cooperation of service, operation, stowage, site and other units makes the whole flight process orderly. The check-in class introduced by Mr. Wang made me understand the important pivotal role played by the check-in unit.

This is a pioneer in dealing with customers, an important position to show the spirit of Shandong Airlines, and a unit closely related to my stowage position.

Time flies, fleeting. Rich and meaningful induction training has come to an end. During this training, I am very grateful to Mr. Jiang Jin for his careful arrangement and patient answers throughout the training process, which gave us a deeper understanding of the company before the rotation.

I am willing to serve and contribute to the future development of Shandong Airlines in my future career.
