Through rectification in various stages, the work style has been significantly improved. My unit's work style construction is summarized as follows:

In order to better find out the existing problems, the unit adopted the methods of self-examination and other investigations to conduct a thorough investigation from both external and internal aspects. The audio-visual education center has 9 staff members, including 2 leaders, 3 party member and 4 ordinary cadres.
