1. Application for joining the Party: During the school period, students with certain political and professional qualities and advanced level and performance actively applied for joining the Party. Students who apply to join the party are qualified to join the party through political theory study and ideological report.

2. Development target: Students who meet the requirements for joining the Party, but are not qualified for joining the Party after passing the application for joining the Party, are listed as development targets. The development target will participate in certain party building training, learn the Party's ideology and theory, and accept the supervision and inspection of the Party organizations.

3. Preparing for party member: After a certain period of training and inspection, recommended by the Party Committee, voted and publicized by the Party organization, the development goal has become to prepare for party member, prepare party member to take the oath to join the Party, and strengthen party spirit cultivation and theoretical study.

4. Official party member: After a certain period of training, under the recommendation of the Party organization, through the assessment and publicity procedures organized by the Party Committee, party member is prepared to become an official party member. Formal party member needs to take an active part in inner-party activities, give play to party member's vanguard and exemplary role, and contribute to the cause of the Party and the people.
