The Standard Scheme for Evaluating the Completion of General Practitioner Transfer Training stipulates that the evaluation content includes the following contents:

I. Work objectives

Through systematic general practice job-transfer training, students can master the basic theory, knowledge and skills of general practice, use the clinical thinking mode of general practice, skillfully and standardly carry out the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and referral of common and frequently-occurring diseases in the community, and manage and prevent chronic diseases, so as to meet the basic requirements of general practice posts.

Second, the training object

A clinical practicing (assistant) doctor who has worked in a medical institution in Beijing for 3 years and obtained the qualification of a clinical (western medicine) practicing (assistant) doctor intends to work as a general practitioner in a primary medical and health institution or the general medicine department of a second-and third-level general hospital. According to the regulations of the state and Beijing, residents and assistant general practitioners must participate in standardized training.

Third, the training content and time

(1) training content.

The post-transfer training of general practitioners consists of four parts: theoretical training, clinical job rotation, series of case discussions and grassroots practice. For details, please refer to the Detailed Rules of Beijing General Practitioner Transfer Training (attachment 1). If the training base has not set up a general department independently, the trainees will complete the rotation task of the general department in the internal medicine department. The clinical rotation of surgery, gynecology, dermatology, psychiatry and elective modules is mainly outpatient study.

(2) Training time.

The training time is 1 year (* * * 52 weeks). Among them, theoretical training is not less than 3 weeks, clinical rotation is not less than 42 weeks, and grassroots practice is not less than 4 weeks. A series of case discussions are interspersed in the training process, requiring 24 credits, and the content of case discussions is not less than 8 credits. Under special circumstances, the training time can be extended to 2 years.

(3) Training relief.

The training base can reduce or exempt the relevant training content and time according to the professional background and work experience of the trainees engaged in clinical work (the time is up to the date of training registration) according to the following circumstances.
