This semester, an effective teaching classroom survey was conducted in Grade Two, Grade Three and Grade Three of Senior High School. We go deep into every teacher's class, make serious research, attend classes and communicate. Aiming at the practical problems of "effectiveness" and "ineffectiveness" in classroom teaching, this paper analyzes and discusses the implementation of effective teaching. This semester, our group undertook the research of the provincial-level "Research and Practice of Zhang Sizhong English Teaching Method in Renai Edition English Teaching in Junior Middle Schools". After more than three years of research and practice, the subject has been finalized. This semester, many teachers in the group actively participated in online teaching and research activities organized by the Institute of Education and Training. 9, the existing problems and the direction of efforts:
(1) The students in our school are relatively poor, and many students have no intention to study. How to better stimulate students' interest in learning? Better implement effective teaching? We need to explore further.
(2) The teaching achievements of teachers in our group are still uneven, and the English teaching achievements in all subjects are relatively backward, with a wide range of poor students. English is very learned and time-consuming, but its effect is slow. How to carry out English classroom teaching in a time-saving and efficient way and how to improve students' grades are our biggest puzzles and difficulties, and also the focus of our group's future teaching and research work.
(3) Teachers' awareness of teaching and research needs to be strengthened to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and research.
