1) Make data records before dismantling the old winding, including the number of poles, pitch, connection, number of parallel branches, wire diameter and turns of the winding;

2) Dismantle the old winding, clean the slot slag and conduct slot insulation. After selecting the wire mould, wire winding is carried out according to the original wire diameter and turns, wire embedding is carried out according to the original wiring mode, after wire embedding, the back end of wire winding is shaped and bound, and wiring is carried out according to the original wiring mode.

3) Check the insulation resistance, spray paint (dip paint) and dry it after it is qualified.
