To carry out the "four abilities" construction of enterprise fire safety is to focus on solving the problem that the unit will not investigate and rectify fire hazards, establish a professional fire inspection team, carefully organize and carry out fire inspection step by step, and strictly implement the fire responsibility of each post.

Thoroughly solve the problem that the unit will not give an alarm or put out the fire after a fire, establish various forms of fire brigades, scientifically formulate fire fighting and emergency evacuation plans and conduct regular drills; In case of fire, the staff at the fire site will form the first fire fighting force within 1 minute; After the fire is confirmed, the unit will form a secondary fire fighting force within 2 minutes to realize "early fire detection and small fire fighting";

Focus on solving the problem that employees will not organize on-site personnel to evacuate and escape in case of fire, and define a certain number of evacuation guides. Employees should be familiar with evacuation routes, safety exits, evacuation procedures and escape skills. In the event of a fire, "being able to escape from the fire and save yourself will guide people to evacuate"; Focus on solving the problems that employees don't know fire-fighting knowledge and the quality of fire-fighting is not high, so as to: have fire-fighting propagandists, fire-fighting publicity signs and a training mechanism for all employees to master fire-fighting safety knowledge; The unit realizes the identification of fire control facilities and the popularization of fire control common sense.

Improve the ability of each unit to check and eliminate fire hazards, and focus on solving four key problems:

First, strengthen the construction of fire patrol team, establish a fire patrol team composed of full-time and part-time fire management personnel, organize fire patrol regularly, and find and eliminate fire hazards in time;

The second is to strengthen the construction of fire inspection system, and the unit implements a fire inspection system step by step: the person in charge of fire safety and the manager organize fire inspection at least once a month; The person in charge of each department of this unit shall conduct a fire inspection once a week on the implementation of fire safety measures in this department; Regular inspection by the centralized management department of fire safety of the unit; Every employee of this unit shall conduct post fire prevention self-inspection every day;

The third is to clarify the inspection essentials and standardize the inspection contents. According to the requirements of fire laws, regulations and technical specifications, combined with the actual situation of the unit, in line with the principle of "practicality and efficiency", the main contents of fire inspection, patrol and post self-inspection of employees are formulated;

The fourth is to implement the responsibility system for rectification of fire hazards. The main person in charge of the unit is responsible for the rectification of fire hazards. The person in charge of fire safety and the centralized management department of fire control work are responsible for organizing rectification. Relevant departments and employees should conscientiously perform their respective responsibilities for rectification of fire hazards, and rectify them in time when they find fire hazards.
