1. Qualitative evaluation method refers to the method that the evaluator evaluates the training effect according to his own experience and relevant standards on the basis of investigation and study and understanding of the actual situation.

Advantages: simple and comprehensive, less data needed and many factors considered, and appraisers can make full use of their own experience in the evaluation process.

② The evaluation results of shortcomings are greatly influenced by the subjective factors, theoretical level and practical experience of evaluators, and different evaluators may make different judgments on the same problem.

③ Evaluation methods include questionnaire survey, interview, observation and discussion.
