You need not worry too much. The usual first aid training, whether it is the primary first aid training provided by the Red Cross or the cardiopulmonary resuscitation provided by the American Heart Association, can be completed in one day. The same is true for AED or BLS training, and even higher level ACLS training can be completed in one day.
