Our aim is to solve the problem of talent shortage in enterprises in the park, provide pre-job training for college graduates, improve their practical ability, personal vocational skills and professional experience, and solve the problem of graduates' employment difficulty in the existing training base. Invested and constructed by Beijing Zhongguancun Software Park Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Software Park Development Company). Software Park Development Company was established on August 7, 2000 with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. Entrusted by Beijing Municipal Government, it undertakes the planning, development, construction, management and service of Zhongguancun Software Park, the national software industry base (Beijing). As a neutral and credible service organization for software enterprises, the training base has built a platform for software enterprises, universities and training institutions to participate together, and organized students from cooperative universities to complete "project training" in the software park with the participation of software enterprises, so as to meet the increasing employment demand of IT enterprises in Zhongguancun.

The biggest feature of the training of ChinaSoft Hi-Tech is to co-build with Zhongguancun software enterprises. From enrollment, practical training to internship and employment, it is all completed with the participation of software companies. The training project starts from the completed real project provided by software enterprises, with perfect requirements and complete configuration management library. Students rehearse projects according to the way of enterprise project development and management. During the training period, students are in close contact with enterprises, and their skills, professional quality and other aspects are improved rapidly, which is helpful for students to understand the operating mechanism and management mode of enterprises as soon as possible, to recognize their preferences and abilities, to play a positive role in students' choosing their own careers and to promote employment well.

The teaching place of soft and advanced science is invested and built by the National Development and Reform Commission, and the training base is managed and used. Located in Building 9 of Zhongguancun Software Park, there are 20 classrooms with an area of about 2,000 square meters, which can accommodate 800 people for training at the same time.
