Teachers feel about 500 words-I am very happy to be a people's teacher and to participate in this valuable pre-service training. Through these two days of study, I am confused, confident and more determined. Let me know more clearly how to be a good teacher that students love and parents trust. Through this training, I know that being a teacher is not as simple as I thought. It is a kind of responsibility, bearing the hope of a family and shouldering the heavy responsibility of cultivating talents for the motherland. The height of the teacher determines the height of the child. I must keep learning, strive to improve my own quality, improve my class management ability, study hard and contribute to the cause of education.
During the training, my tutor's wonderful speech and flashing personal charm benefited me a lot. I understand that being a good teacher is both important and difficult. This requires teachers to make continuous efforts to improve. Through training, I have the following feelings:
First, cherish every student.
I had a misunderstanding about loving students before. I like children very much and enjoy being with them, but my expression is not accurate. Some children can't feel the teacher's love, and some children are spoiled, which is not conducive to the development of good habits. "Cherish children" does not mean "spoil children". To sum up, cherishing children means respecting children, respecting their thoughts and practices, and caring about their joys and sorrows, but not just being happy. We should learn to evaluate children with expressions and body language and guide students to develop in a good way.
Second, read more books and improve professional quality.
To have a good class, you must read more books. Almost every teacher has put forward this suggestion, which is also the most fundamental reason for their good classes. "Only when you have read enough books can your lecture be thick." Teacher xx did the same thing. In order to teach the text "Night Tour in xx Temple" well, Mr. Duan read through five books about Su Shi and Su Zhe, which shocked me. Teacher Duan undoubtedly gave us the best answer on how to prepare lessons and how to design teaching. To give students a glass of water, the teacher must have a bucket of water, and it must be a steady stream of water. To have a good class, teachers must have rich knowledge accumulation, and they must constantly learn and absorb new knowledge. Only in this way can they teach children something new.
In addition, we should take every lesson plan seriously, starting with every sentence and question to be said in class, so that what is given to students in class is the essence, what guides students to think is pertinent, and there is no superfluous words in class. This kind of class teaches not only the content of an article, but the essence of several books, and students really gain something.
Third, attend more classes and learn the art you teach.
The biggest change for new teachers is the change of their roles, from "learner" to "preacher, teacher and puzzle solver". What bothers me most is how to teach students clear knowledge. To solve this problem, we should attend more lectures, listen to high-quality classes, listen to old teachers' classes, listen to new teachers' classes, take the initiative to learn from experienced teachers around us, try to figure out the standards of classes, and learn the art of teacher-student communication. The same poem, the old teacher and the new teacher sing different tastes and give students different feelings. At the beginning of class, it is to imitate and copy the experience of learning methods in the same subject, "take over" the previous experience, become your own, teach students, learn from experience slowly, learn methods, sum up and improve.
Fourth, move around more and optimize class management.
Teaching is an interactive activity between people and the object of education is people. Primary school students are a group of children with active thinking and liveliness, especially in grade one, who have just entered primary school from kindergarten, and it takes a process from freedom to self-discipline. How to make children adapt to this change and invest in knowledge learning? Teacher Zou Li gave us an answer to this difficult problem, "Let the children have something to do, don't be idle" "Students can do it, but class cadres don't; If the class cadre has the ability, the class teacher should not do it. " Divide the things in the class into details and try to make every student have something to do. Each student participates in class management and is assigned tasks. In this way, students gain the autonomy of class management and cultivate the ability of self-management. The combination of the head teacher and the overall command makes it easy to establish class rules and order and form a good class atmosphere.
Through this study, I learned that being a teacher is a great responsibility. At this moment, although I am still uneasy, I am more determined. I firmly believe that through unremitting efforts and continuous learning, I will find my own happiness and make students feel happy because of my existence.
Teachers feel about 500 words when they enter the job. Time flies, they have been in the workplace for more than a month. Think of yourself on campus at that time, eager to go to work all day and join the ranks of adults; Busy wearing clothes that don't match your age, keeping a head shape that doesn't match your own, imitating the appearance of adults; Imagine going to work early so that your relatives can enjoy some happiness.
But who ever thought that as soon as I entered the company, I was too busy to tell the difference between East and West. Children's chatter, endless questions, and accidents that will happen carelessly make me tense a string all the time and dare not relax at all.
I vaguely remember the name "kindergarten" and came here with an anxious mood. On the one hand, I am worried that I am not competent enough to do pre-school education well. On the other hand, I don't know how to face those immature and lovely children.
The first day of work hurried by, and I was deeply touched. I was deeply impressed by the care of leaders, harmonious team, orderly work and lovely children. Pang Yuanchang's expectation and entrustment, my colleagues' persuasion, and seeing the children's childish smiles have strengthened my belief and strengthened my determination and confidence in doing this job well.
This is my first teacher's day. I received messages wishing me a happy Teacher's Day one after another, which instantly relieved my work fatigue.
After working for a month, I felt the happiness and satisfaction of being a kindergarten teacher. I remember my first safety class was in Class Two of our middle school, which was the first class I really taught. The first class that I really faced the children was completely different from the class that I faced the examiner during the interview. This is a real lesson! I was very nervous at that time, afraid that they wouldn't understand me and that they would lose interest in my class. I stole a look at my teacher, bangura, and found that she looked at me positively. So, I got up my courage and took the first step on the podium.
I am keen to discover the progress of children, even a little, and I will encourage and praise them. I know that children will make a big step forward if they make a little progress every day. Of course, I clearly realize that my teaching path will not be smooth sailing. To really become a qualified kindergarten teacher, there is still a long way to go, and you will certainly encounter all kinds of difficulties in your work. In this regard, I am ready, not afraid of difficulties, and have the courage to overcome them.
I have been teaching for more than 30 days, which has left a profound impact on me. Many ideas and concepts should be implemented in my future work. I love preschool education, and I will continue to study, think and explore on the road of preschool education. Even if I am tired sometimes, it is nothing compared with those who are full and happy. I love preschool education, and I am willing to pay for it and grow for it.
I met respectable colleagues and lovely children here. I am here to gain happiness, growth, surprise and future.
Teachers' entry experience is about 500 words. As a new teacher, I experienced the transition from a student to a teacher. I used to sit under the desk and listen to the teacher at school, but now I am on the three-foot platform, full of joy and at the same time I feel a great responsibility.
Teachers are a glorious profession, and they guide students to keep growing. An excellent teacher is of great significance to students, who will miss the teacher many years after graduation. I'm glad I met several excellent teachers when I was a student. They taught me knowledge and made my mind grow slowly. Also influenced by these teachers, I had the idea of being a teacher when I was a student. As a teacher, looking at the immature faces of children on campus, I know that my burden is not light, and I need to constantly improve my professional level to teach children well.
It may be more important to cultivate students' study habits than to let them listen to you for one or two more knowledge points. Among the study habits, self-study ability is the most important. When students begin to develop a certain degree of self-study ability, your teaching pressure will be relieved a lot. Although it is difficult for the whole class to do this, at least some excellent students should do it. The study habit of self-study will make you have an invisible teacher to help you move on when you leave your teacher!
My class this semester is xx simulation, and my students are all children who just graduated from junior high school. Basically, they are students with poor grades and poor studies in junior high school. When you come to a technical school, you all want to learn a skill, so that you can stand on your own feet and gain a foothold in society. The basic operations involved in xx simulation are practical operations that students will use in the factory in the future. How to effectively let students master the operation skills is a problem that I need to solve. At the beginning of the course, I visited several teachers who used to teach this course and taught them skills.
I met many problems at the beginning of teaching, and I solved these problems in my continuous study, hoping to make greater achievements in the following days.
