1. Sound insulation measures:
Install sound insulation walls or panels: build sound insulation walls inside and outside the factory building or cover the walls with sound-absorbing materials to reduce the spread of noise.
Install sound-absorbing materials: use sound-absorbing materials, such as sound-absorbing boards and sound-absorbing bricks, on the interior walls, ceilings and floors of the factory building to absorb noise and reduce echo.
Closed mechanical equipment: the noise source is closed, and the mechanical equipment is wrapped with a sound insulation cover or a sound insulation box to reduce noise transmission.
2. Acoustic vibration control:
Damping devices: Damping pads, bearings and other devices are used to reduce vibration conduction and noise generation.
Damping platform: noise sources or mechanical equipment are placed on the damping platform to reduce vibration transmission and noise generation.
3. Equipment maintenance and optimization:
Check and maintain machinery and equipment regularly to ensure their normal operation and reduce abnormal noise.
Clean and lubricate the equipment regularly to reduce friction and noise.
Update aging parts to reduce the noise when the equipment is running.
Adopt low-noise technologies and equipment, such as using low-noise motors and low-noise fans.
4. Staff training and protection:
Educate employees about the hazards of noise and the importance of using personal protective equipment (such as earplugs and earmuffs) correctly.
Provide regular hearing examination and health examination for employees to ensure their health.
5. Adjust the production plan:
Arrange the production process reasonably to avoid running noisy equipment at the same time.
Arrange high-noise processes or mechanical equipment to be carried out during non-working hours to reduce the impact of noise on employees and the surrounding environment.
