What qualities should a lecturer have? How can I become an excellent lecturer? What are the training methods?
I am a lecturer and have been exploring this road for many years. Here are some of my experiences to share with you.

Step 1: Determine the target: professional trainer.

Thinking: What qualities and skills should a professional trainer possess?

Quality model of professional trainers;

1, personality characteristics: self-confidence, encouragement, praise, respect, trust and rich emotions.

2. Professional knowledge and skills: professional knowledge and practical experience in specific disciplines.

3, interpersonal skills: language, writing skills, communication and coordination skills, self-marketing skills.

4. Training professional knowledge and skills: training process, adult learning concept, curriculum demand diagnosis and investigation, curriculum development, teaching skills (expression ability, presiding skills, insight, field control), appeal, problem analysis and solving ability.

5. Learning ability: continuous learning and charging ability.

……

The second step is SWOT analysis of the quality model of professional trainers.

The third step is to break down the goal and make an action plan.

Ten years may be too far away, and seemingly ambitious goals may scare us. As the saying goes, you can't eat a big fat man in one bite. Similarly, we can break down the goals of the decade.

For example:

In order to improve your theoretical level, your goal is to read 12 books every year, then we can break it down into 1 books every month. That's not enough. Although we have a deadline, the inertia of ordinary people will make us find too many excuses for ourselves. Generally speaking, we will relax before the meeting. I wolfed down a book to finish the task. If so, can it really help us achieve our goal?

Therefore, the plan is not a beautiful coat, but a real action.

Step 4: Form a habit: Even the best plan can only be realized by action.

We say: success is a habit. When we analyze the difference between ordinary people and successful people, what other factors do we not consider? Persistence must be the key.

Persistence distinguishes the difference between "standing on the ground" and "standing on the ground" with actions. Persistence depends not only on goals and passion, but also on perseverance.

Sharpen a sword in ten years! I wish you become an excellent lecturer!
