Training content: adaptive training should strengthen ideological and political guidance, educate self-employed retired soldiers on safety and confidentiality, and strengthen organizational discipline awareness; Announce retirement policies and popularize relevant laws and regulations; Carry out psychological adjustment and promote role transformation; Implement vocational guidance, analyze the situation of employment and entrepreneurship, and guide reasonable employment expectations; Organize talent assessment, provide employment recommendation and vocational training project recommendation.
