If you are from other places, at present, some areas have required a college degree or above, so you should go directly to the local Ping An Insurance business circle for a personality test (it doesn't matter if there is no interview notice, there will be many on-the-job salesmen vying to be your references). If you pass the exam, you need to obtain the insurance agent qualification certificate (you need to pay the 60 yuan registration fee and part of the training fee). When you get the agent qualification certificate, you can formally sign a contract and enter a three-month probation period!

There are technical and service personnel in the background. Telephone operators and other service personnel have lower requirements, and technicians have higher requirements. They have to get an interview invitation through resume delivery before they can go to the interview!
