It is a place, Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone, which is one of the functional areas of Jinzhou District in Dalian. Located at the front end of Bohai Rim and Northeast Asia Economic Circle, it is adjacent to Daheishan in the north and the Yellow Sea in the south.
