20 14 Announcement on Staff Recruitment of Institutions in Shengzhou, Shaoxing (52)
In order to meet the needs of the city's institutions to supplement staff, according to the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Institutions, the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Zhejiang Province and the Notice of Shengzhou Municipal Party Committee Office and Shengzhou Municipal People's Government Office on Printing and Distributing the Measures for the Administration of Recruiting Transferred Personnel in Institutions in Shengzhou City; Notice (Sheng Municipal Committee Office [2013]19) and other relevant regulations, organize and implement the open recruitment of staff in institutions in the city in 20 14 years. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Recruitment Plan
20 14, our city plans to openly recruit 52 staff members of public institutions. Please refer to 20 14 Shengzhou Public Recruitment Staff Schedule for details of recruitment units, positions, numbers and qualifications. If the number of applicants is less than 3 times of the recruitment plan, the recruitment plan will be reduced or cancelled as appropriate (you can call 1: 1 to enter the written test).
Second, the recruitment scope, objects and conditions
(a) recruitment scope and object:
1, 20 14, fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities in Shengzhou and social workers with permanent residence in Shengzhou (subject to the residence on April 26th, 20 14). Individual urgently needed positions (majors) allow candidates from outside the city to apply. See the recruitment schedule for specific conditions.
2, graduate students, and have a master's degree or above.
3. The entrusted student shall issue a written certificate that the entrusted training unit agrees to apply for the exam. Staff of public institutions are not allowed to apply.
4. The targets of recruiting staff for college student village officials in township agricultural technology comprehensive service stations are: those who have participated in the project of "selecting college graduates to work in villages (communities)" in Shengzhou for 2 years (hereinafter referred to as "college student village officials") and are still in service positions after passing the annual assessment; Participated in the "village official" project for college students for two employment periods, passed or above in previous years, and left the service post for less than three years.
(2) Recruitment conditions:

2. Age is 35 years old and below (born after April 26th, 1978), subject to the date of birth of the ID card.
3. Have a nationally recognized education. Those who have passed the part-time academic examinations of ordinary colleges and universities, such as higher education self-study examination and adult higher education academic examination, must obtain their graduation certificates before April 26th, 20 14.
4. Must meet the qualifications required by the recruitment positions (majors) specified by the recruiting units (see "20 14 Staff Planning Table of Shengzhou Open Recruitment Institutions" for details).

Three. Recruitment methods and procedures
(1) Registration and qualification examination
Registration time: Saturday, April 26th, 20 14, 8: 30am-4: 30pm.
Registration place: Shengzhou Talent Market (No.596, Southeast Road, No.2 Middle Road, Shengzhou)
Registration method: download the registration form (see Annex 2), fill in and paste photos truthfully, and register at the specified time and place.
Materials required: 20 14 Full-time college graduates must submit the original and photocopy of household registration certificate (residence booklet), registration certificate, ID card and academic certificate (those who have not obtained the household registration certificate, registration certificate and academic certificate can rely on the employment recommendation form, employment agreement, residence booklet or the original and photocopy of the page printed with their household registration information on the residence booklet, and those who have been audited and hired can go through the formal employment procedures only after all the documents are complete. Social personnel should submit the original and photocopy of the household registration book, identity card, academic certificate, professional and technical post qualification certificate, work experience certificate and other related materials; Overseas students should also provide overseas academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
College students "village officials" who apply for the township agricultural technology comprehensive service station need to provide proof that the service period issued by the township (street) has expired for 2 years, and they have passed the annual assessment and are still in the service post; College student village officials in 2006 and 2007 should provide certificates issued by the original township (street) that they have served for two full terms, passed the examination for many years and have left their posts for less than three years (see Annex 3).
Each person is limited to one post (major), and the over-reported post (major) is invalid.
(2) Examination
The examination adopts a combination of written examination and interview. The written test and interview each account for 50% of the total score.
1, written test. Written test time and subjects: 2065438+May 4 17, 9: 00 am-11:30 "Comprehensive Application Ability"; 14: 00 ——15: 30 《 Occupational aptitude test 》.
Among them, "comprehensive application ability" is a completely subjective question, and "professional aptitude test" is a completely objective question. "Comprehensive Application Ability" and "Occupational aptitude test" do not specify reference books. The written test location will be notified separately.
2. Interview. After the written examination, according to the recruitment plan, Shengzhou will determine the interviewers according to the ratio of 1: 3 from high score to low score (if the ratio is insufficient, the interviewers will be determined according to the actual number). Interview score 100, qualified score 60.
After the interview, the written test results and interview results are combined to calculate the total score. If the total score is equal, the one with high written test score ranks first.
The formula for calculating the total score is: total score = written test score ÷4+ interview score ÷2. The total score is calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. The interview time and place will be announced separately.
(3) physical examination. According to the total score from high to low, the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the recruitment plan. The physical examination shall be carried out according to the policies such as Civil Servant Physical Examination Manual (Trial) (Revised) and other relevant operating procedures.
(4) inspection. Those who have passed the physical examination will participate in the inspection, and the inspection standard will be implemented according to the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58). Give up the physical examination, inspection or unqualified physical examination and inspection, and fill in the qualified interviewers from high score to low score in turn. Physical examination and inspection time will be notified separately.
(5) publicity and employment. Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are identified as candidates to be hired and publicized to the public. After the publicity, go through the registration and employment procedures, and the probation period shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
Four. other terms
(1) Anyone who is punished by Party discipline and political discipline during school, has not been dismissed after graduation, has not obtained a diploma for personal reasons at the time of registration, and the relevant documents and materials provided by the hiring personnel are fraudulent, will not be hired, and those who have been hired will be disqualified.
(two) the identification and handling of violations of discipline and discipline in the examination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions on the handling of violations of discipline and discipline of candidates in Zhejiang Personnel Examination.
(3) The work experience and service years involved in this recruitment are calculated as of 2065438+April 26th, 2004.
(4) According to the document number [2013]1KLOC-0/9 issued by the Provincial Party Committee, the staff openly recruited by the city's institutions shall not be transferred within five years with a bachelor's degree or above and seven years with a junior college degree or below.
(5) This recruitment does not arrange, entrust or authorize any social organization or individual to hold any training courses. Any act of peddling materials and information related to this recruitment has nothing to do with the recruitment agency and this examination.
