Six rights of teachers
This paper will introduce six rights of teachers, including the right to education and teaching, the right to academic research, the right to guidance and evaluation, the right to remuneration, the right to participate in management and the right to further study.

Right to education and teaching

Teachers have the right to carry out educational and teaching activities and carry out educational and teaching reforms and experiments.

Academic research right

Teachers have the right to engage in scientific research and academic exchanges, join professional academic groups, and fully express their opinions in academic activities.

Right of guidance and evaluation

Teachers have the right to guide students' learning and development, and to evaluate students' conduct and academic performance.

Right to remuneration and treatment

Teachers have the right to receive wages on time, enjoy welfare benefits stipulated by the state, and take paid vacations in winter and summer vacations.

Participate in management right
