On-site confirmation time is: Zaozhuang, Dongying, Tai 'an, Weihai, Rizhao, Laiwu, Dezhou, Liaocheng, Binzhou, Heze and other cities 10 July 10 to July 20th. Applicants shall make on-site confirmation at the place designated by the judicial administrative organ of the registration place within the prescribed time limit.

As long as you go to the site to confirm before July 20, the appointment time is just a reference.
