Negotiate a refund. If the training institution does not have a clear refund policy, or the refund period has passed, you can try to contact the training institution and negotiate a solution. If there is no refund, you can only choose to give up the deposit. If the party receiving the deposit has not breached the contract, the deposit cannot be refunded. If the party who collects the deposit defaults, it needs to double the deposit.
